i have a samsung a900 which, i love dearly.

BUT.

you need to use this usb cable or whatever to download pictures into ur computer or music into ur cellphone. my phone came with this instruction telling me to go to

www.samsungwireless.com/a900download

to get a driver or whatever thats compatible with my phone. sounds ok so far?

when i tried to download, a warning came up saying that the download thing didn't pass the Windows Logo Testing. i dont know what that is, but my computer strongly suggested that i contact my software vendor and tell them that the thing didnt pass the window logo testing and not to download, so i didnt. i decided to ask for someone who actually experieced this first before doing anything.

1)what is the windows logo testing?
2)what is wrong?
3)who should i contact? haha im dumb whos my software vendor?

u can always email the pics to urself from your phone.. thats what i do with my pictures since i dont want to cash out money for the cable.. i dont have the same phone though..but not that i have a micro sd card, i just save the pictures on the card and transfer the pictures via, memory card reader..

i'd just dll the drive if i were you , ive had the same issue with my phone but i dll it anyways and theres no prob so far .its been a year .

Is this when you have connected the USB cable (with you phone) to your computer? I have the same phone (yays!) and whenever I have it plugged in a little window typically asks me to download a driver. Just cancel it and you'll see a little popup at the bottom of your screen recognizing the mass storage device in your phone. After that you can add stuff to it.

If this is the first time connecting to it, just download and install it. I vaguely remember handling this so go ahead with it I say lol.
