I'm a transfer student for fall 2006 and am living off campus. I wanted to know how can I apply for a meal plan . Also I was late in paying for fees for a parking permit (I recieved one but forgot the deadling was Friday)... will they cancel my qualifications for a permit. Should I just send in the fees late anyway? I plan on sending them in monday (as a check) so it'll arrive tuesday. I figured somethign is better than nothing since I really need a permit to commute to school. Thanks!!

I believe the meal plans are only available to those living on-campus.

No, it's available for off campus people too, just a lot more pricey because when you dorm you get the "complete package" which I assume makes it cheaper. Just go to the housing office located next to Sproul and see if they can set you up with one. Let me tell you, it's going to be expensive. Might as well make a friend that has a premier plan.
Parking is really hard to get. Normally you would be screwed for not paying on time, since there is a waiting list of hopeful applicants, but the school HAS to, I believe give you a parking permit since you ARE commuting. If they don't give you one, it's because they don't have a soul.
