Exactly what it reads, how is the housing at SFSU specifically or any other CSU school. I assume that they have standards and regulations to keep and follow. I'll be there in spring and want to know what I am getting myself into. Also, whoever had to fill out the roommate form which is suppose to match you up, ever got the complete opposite roommate(hope that doesn't happen to me).

I go to Cal Poly Pomona and the housing is alright. If you have someone you know and are going to be their roommate, you're good to go. But if you end up like me where I was assigned to people I didn't know, especially foreign exchange students, it may be a little more difficult (because they were so rude and took advantage). Usually, you will be paired with whom you put in the application but it's not always a guarantee since housing is always full. There's always RA's (residential advisors), upperclassmen and housing coordinators to help you out and they abide by the rules as they should.
Basically housing is the way it is. Small and confining. But you always will meet new and cool people around your dorm. Good luck ^^
