does anyone recall who sang the original song "Y (why)" in english?
The original english title is "powerless" but i don't remember the singer.
I remember seeing the original artist's myspace profile, but...

There's an english version? The only song that's called powerless that I know was from Nelly Fortado but it's not even the same.

I can finally say i am impressed with her performin 'Y'!!
Her Inkigayo performance was fab.. Shes improved alot!
Her singin was good and she looks more relaxed and was smilin every so often..
Also very happy 2 hear her fans shoutin her name in the beginin

FINALLY! That Y perf was not bad as her other perfs. Shes gotten a lot better!! No doubt she still sounds screechy at times though, eep. She twitches her head so much.. its kind of distracting. I realized the song would sound so much better if she would pronounce the Korean correctly.

I just saw the performance of Ri in! she did really well, more confident and less shaky + shy than before.. she really did it She really puts her feelings in it, than the originally song. You can really "feel" it. On this performance she really sound like when she sung it on the MV. *impressed*

That's sad that she cant be performing on any other places because of her passport and visa thought. would been fun to see her on xman, gold fishery (?) or heroine 6.

i looved her latest perf...she did really well! i always think she does well tho...but yeah.
i noticed she doesn't have much eye contact with the audience....
but that's it..and it sucks she has limited promotions and still does quite well!

the 'Y' perf was really good!! i'm starting to like her hair too!! its so shiny & smooth... & she sounded really good. but her clothes made her look short!!! she should've worn the ones in the mv! they were PRETTY!

for doing a great performance in Inkigayo. She has confidence and power
in her voice. So, I guess let's all stop making this thread a ..
JRI can't sing or can sing live.

But I would love to see her in China more. So that the Chinese

I personally would like to see how big of an impact she'll have on the Chinese music industry .. if she even makes an impact at all .. o.O I'm kinda worried about her debuting there cause she's supposed to debut there this year, but at the rate she's promoting in Korea, it doesn't seem like she'll gain a whole lot of popularity. >.< I really hate how she's only allowed to perform at certain tv stations.

well....about JRI, she just started, you know? and she is only 16, give her time.
i am certain she will be BIG internationally 2-3 years from today.
that makes her only 19? a lot of artists are famous in mid-20s...
i think she is LUCKY to have a break THIS YOUNG AGE.
