Why is that there is a different girl singing in the video?? and not jessica/?

that's say.
she was originally supposed to be in uptown, but decided not to join b/c she had problems learning korean.
so jessica replaced her instead.
i'm guessing the mv was filmed beforehand that's why say's still in it, not jessica.

Uptown originally had Tasha. But Tasha was too good for them so she left the group and she was replaced with Jessica.

Tasha was one of the original members of Uptown, but by 2000, Tasha was in and out of Uptown because she was working on then duo group, Tashannie. She was scarcely on their 4th album, but Tasha's relationship to Uptown was severred big time once Uptown got busted for drug usage and then falsely accused her and her current boyfriend, Tiger JK, of smoking with them (later blood and urine tests proved JK and Tasha innocent, but critically affected their careers). Since then, Tasha and Uptown have gone separate ways and Chris (the old guy in UPT) criticized Tasha for not rejoining the group for their current album (she was asked to rejoin earlier but declined, with good reason IMO). So Uptown conducted auditions in the States, picked up Say to take Tasha's place, but because Say couldn't learn Korean, she left the group. Therefore Jessica H.O. was asked to unofficially join

They only redid the vocals to Jessica's {the rapping and the slight singing after} not the 'OOOH and AHHH' because Jessica's vocal range isn't as great as Say's. But they should've done the whole video over.

Say dosen't have Korean blood in her,
but I've heard she was of mixed background.
