^ thanks bbasya :] I get my wallpapers from 4chan.org (the Wallpapers/General section) [Warning though, it's a good website for wallpapers, but some other sections of it can be pretty 'inappropriate,' so I just use it for the wallpapers o_o]

You just use a dock smile.gif
I use Objectdock http://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/
there's also Rocketdock
etc etc, then you use custom icons
