You can download the calendar from yahoo widgets
http://widgets.yahoo.com/
or raincalendar
http://www.raincalendar.net/
As for the tool bar, it can be customized by using windows blinds, which is what I use
http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/
Hehe this thread inspired me. I just spent the last hour customizing my desktop =P
