What you can do is in my opinion pretty simple, and I don't know any other ways lol,.. so anyways... Hopefully I explain it easily enough.

First, push print screen button. if on a full keyboard they have a button designated for this, otherwise find the button on your laptop and do it.

Then basically go to Paint. which is under like Start->all programs->accessories->paint for windowsxp. i forget what it is on vista.

On paint, go to edit->paste. ( or just ctrl+v) Now you should see the screen you saved when you pushed printscreen button.
Now just save it.

And lastly go to some image hosting site, flickr,photobucket,etc and post and get the link to embed it in the post.
Your done !

Oh btw, if your using a mac, then no clue,... sorry

probably something along the same lines though.

iono why its kinda smaller than what i have :/ and the wallpaper is kinda blurry but....they still look awesome
