Right click it and click on options>skins.
On the side of active skin click on weather. Then change the link on weather location.
To get the link you go on msn and go to weather to put your zip code. afterwords on the right side you will see rss. click on it. the copy the link and put it on the weather location.

I just did it, and it worked thank you so much.

I have the same question/problem. I did follow what someone else wrote earlier but mine still says 'updating' or whatever. It didn't even have Manchester to begin with.
