You could use litestep, they're similar. I'm more familiar w/BB though. Use xoblite / bblean isntead of BB

I'm new to AveDesk 'cause I've just installed it. Now I got the new icons, but can somebody tell me how to hide the original ones? thanks

u mean the original desktop icons?
if yes, just right click on ur desktop, then go to arrange icons by, and then uncheck show desktop icons

I used no program, that's the original size. the package's name's Radium . You can find it on DeviantArt

Once you download it, unzip it.
You'll find 2 types of files, I used the .icl file. That's it!
Concerning the "My Computer"'s icon, it's called imac g5 3d, found on DeviantArt too!
