how can you increase your vertical??? like my vertical really sucks..its like 15 inches...i want it to be over 25 inches by atleast feb or march...any suggestions?

This would be better in the Sports Section or the Health Section.

But try improving your fast twtich muscles. Muscles that make sudden movements quickly.

Jump roping helps alot. Going up and down on your toes help alot too. Calf excercises in general help alot.

I don't know if they work for sure, but if you have money, try buying Jump Soles if all else fails.

10 Inches of vertical will be pretty hard to get in 6 months. You have to work your butt off. smile.gif

Personally I have about a 36in vertical or so (more or less cuz of workouts). I was a hurdler back in track and college and already had natural hops to begin with. But what my coaches had me do was a lot of strength workouts to increase my calf, quad, hamstrings, and hip muscles. Things like squats, short sprints (pulling weights), hills, swim, and hitting the gym with leg presses etc. You need to do this a lot in order to see results though. Basically around 5-6 days a week.
