My dad, who is a dentist, says toothpaste that supposedly "whitens" your teeth, actually DON'T. But anyways, I use Colgate "Whitening". =P

for me colgate and crest are like the same and they dont work as well whenever i am brshing i feel that there is like no tookpaste and gootta put more but then its all soggy

AQUAFRESH! its soo mouth freshening and like the foam is enough!
and it actually whitens your teeth if you use it like for 3 days u can actually see the result

I think rather than the toothpaste, your toothbrush and cleaning method are more important factors in maintaining the white color of your teeth. If you use an average manual toothbrush you will not get the same results as someone who is using an electronically powered toothbrush like Sonicare. I really recommend Sonicare toothbrush. Simply put, it is the shizzle.

But anyway, I use Tom's of Maine natural toothpaste.. cause my parents are health freaks. If we run out of that, we use Nano Silver technology toothpaste. The toothpaste has real Ag (silver) in it.

My dentist said Colgate Total is teh best for sparkling teeth and keeps cavities away. And don't forget teh mouthwash and floss~
