Brown rice but I eat it because I like it not for diet. I don't believe in diets since it makes me think about food even more. I obsess about what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I love food.

yummmmm fruits veggies.....mmmmmmmm and they're healthy too! helps lose lots of weight if you balance in lots of exercise too.

celery's the best. takes uses more calories to eatit than gained.
mostly, go for the bitter stuff. grapefruit works cuz its bitter hence..less sugar

it's been proven in a group that has the same diets/exercise that those who add yogurt to their regimen lose approximately 14 more lbs than those who diet and exercise alone within a given year.

While I was in the supermarket in Macau, my cousin almost tricked me into buying this jelly-ish drink that's supposed to make you incredibly full so you don't eat afterwards...mm I guess that's a food that helps you lose weight. XD

my brother is a health FREAK who's trying to u know, get the perfect body lol.... he eats celery and carrots for dinner and if i ask "why?" then he says something about calories or it's extremely HEALTHY =]
