Creative Zen Vision: M Help please!

I just got a Creative Zen Vision: M and was excited to upload my kdramas and movies to watch whenever I wanted. So, I uploaded several dramas and a movie. The movie plays great. The dramas, however, don't. When I try to play them, I get this message: "Video format is not supported." The thing is though, they're all .avi files.

I was wondering if anyone has any idea as to what the problem is? And if anyone could help?

does the installation CDs include a video converter? maybe you need to convert the videos?

It does come with a converter. But it's an .avi file...so what would I convert it to? Because .avi files are supposed to be supported. Why would one .avi file work and not the other?
