Suddenly, I Am Incapable Of Signing Into Aim And Msn

i dont know why, but after restarting my computer

i can no longer sign into msn

i troubleshooted and it shows that something is wrong with my key ports

and as for AIM i cant even get the sign in window to appear

i restarted my computer many times

but it still doesnt work and i am able to have internet access though..

help please T_T

what kind of AIM are you using?

If you're using Linksys router

type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar
then go to applications and gaming
then open up the ports for msn and AIM
