Animating Gifs

how do you make clear anime gifs that aren't too big in size? what's the best software to use?

Personally I use PhotoShop to create / edit the pictures itself (all the frames). Then use ImageReady to create the actual GIF itself. There are other programs you can use to do it but I have very little experience with those.

oh , ok. thanks for letting me know. i had photoshop but i never used it. >_< might try that...
