Okay first of all this is a newly built computer so everything and everything is brand new. When i turned it on at my old house everything seemed fine, until i sent it through ups to my new house. Now when i turn on all i get is acouple beep counts then it turns off, it never got to the window screen. Everytime i press the power button it does the same thing. Does anybody know whats could be wrong, could it be any hardware problems or could it be that something got unplugged when ups sent it cuz they kindda handled it pretty rough. I hope its not the power supply or motherboard. sorry i didn't explain it too well.

"Sent it through UPS"

Take the computer apart, and put everything back in its place Push things that seem to be loose and all that. UPS throws things around. Especially if it says fragile on it.

Things to check:
Ram probably the cause of yoru problems. Best to pop them out then put them back in.

Processor heatsink

Cards just make sure they are in place and firmly seated.

Power supply isn't something that can break through impact. Personally I have thrown a few power supplies and they still work fine. Bit dinged but works.

I just fear a cracked motherboard for you... heatsinks are heavy and if they don't unclip from the board it will tear away whatever it can pull at.
Very possible your computer's innards have been damaged through shippign and it would be time to file a complaint or claim.
