Well right now i'm in my final year of high school, my senior year, and I just started the first day yesterday. It just crept up on me so fast, I can't believe I've wasted my last 3 years of high school.

Anyways I def want to be able to be college bound. But what should I do? Are their special classes that I should take? Should I sign up for more clubs? So I go and suck up to teachers more?

Also does nebody have any advice on how I can raise my GPA? At the moment my GPA is at a mere 1.8 dry.gif (blaaaaaaah)

PLEASE for the love buddha, (or god if ur christian) anybody ANYBODY at all, if you have any tips or advice on how i can make my final year count and help me on my way to college, please DO reply. ne help is appreciated. thanks in advance

Aim for a CC and then hopefully you can transfer to a university in a few years. Do not take AP/honors classes if you aren't 100% sure you can handle them and pull off at least B's. Instead, take regular classes and pull off as high of a GPA as you possibly can. I don't think CC's care very much about extracurriculars, so spend all of your time making sure that you get stellar grades this year. I'm not really familiar with CC admissions, but I think if you get a 4.0 or so this year your GPA will be around 2.1-2.2 by the end of fall semester, and that should get you in a CC. Best of luck to you.

I dont think you need to graduate high school to go to a CC, anyone can go there.

Well with a GPA of 1.8 you're probably not going to be accepted into any competitive colleges. The best chance you have is to apply to a junior college or just maybe a cal state if you live in California. Just try to get A's and B's your senior year. If you've been doing poorly for the past 3 years, there isn't that much you can do right now.

SO...complete 2 years at a junior college doing general education credits. After that, transfer to a better university to major in whatever you want to do.
