this is to be fair not to be stingy. However, if you know for sure that both rooms are equal in area,
or if your rough estimate is good enough..then the split should be 500/250/250. The person who decided
to get his/her own room has greater benefits by having his/her own private space...so he/she should pay more.

I think it should be 400/300/300

since you three will be sharing equally the REST of the apartment. unless she gets half of everything in the apartment.

It really doesn't matter what you guys decide to do...whatever you all agree on is what matters.

You guys will be sharing the living room, kichen, etc and why should the person with a room pay half of the rent when he/she has to share the rest of the apartment with two other people?
400/300/300 sounds good.

500/250/250 - we arent just paying for the bedrooms only.. we're also sharing the rest of the apartment, so we shouldnt split prices according to bedrooms
400/300/300 - the person paying 400 gets a lot more privacy and space at a relatively small premium

it feels unfair if that one person has to pay all of 500$ even when theyre sharing an apartment with 2 ppl.

or
450/275/275
cuz even tho 2 ppl are sharing a room,
everyone is still using everything

Have you guys decided who will be the single? Is the single person willing to cough up a little more?
A truly fair way to do it is if you rotated beds once every while and split it 333 each, however this doesn't seem very practical.
Maybe you guys can do it this way, do you expect to recieve guests much? maybe put a guest bed in the single room, and this could well justify 400/300/300 or something similar, as she has to share with a guest every so often.
money is just one of many issues that will arise, other issues maybe food, and cleaning, the issues of quiet time, etc, so, maybe you should clarify these issues also.

i think 450/(2*275) is good. if no one is willing to pay 450, then 400/300/300 because you've all proven the privacy isn't worth enough to pay that much more for it.
