I have like gazillions of questions because i'm so college dumb;;
it'll be nice if you guys could help as much as possible

i'm trying to decide on a major


1. What is international business major? well from the name of it i could kind of tell but like....what do you learn in it and what kinds of jobs can you get out of it? and what is a good school for it?

2. If i want to be a fashion coordinator or make up artist...do i have to know how to draw? because i CANNOT draw. i know you have to draw for make up art though....cause you have to draw faces and stuff....but i cant draw like...body figures and clothe.

3. How much does an event planner (like wedding planner) get? like salary....

4. and what do you think about these schools: New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), Manahattan University, Syracuse, Ithaca

ill only be able to help you a little bit on number 1. the rest, you should try to look up on the internet or ask someone who knows about it cuz i dont;;;

international business majors learn how to think globally about the business world. they also learn how to manage multinational businesses and turn local and national companies into international success stories.

you should be ready to sell products around the world , understand international economics, research competitors, speak at least 2 languages besides english fluently.
it helps to be creative, flexible, and interested in traveling and learning about other cultures. It also helps to be good with numbers, confident, and a clear communicator.

realms that you could jump into are advertising, marketing, public relations, financial analysist, interpreters, management consultants, stockbrokers and financial services sales agents , and top executives (CEO etc).

you should check schools with the school of business accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Upenn's Wharton, is the BEST business school. theres also NYU Stern..
