How do I get a waiver fee? Or I can't? I don't get it.. It's like freaking $42 =/

i think it's for people who really REALLY need it.

Lol yeah um I went to my counselor today and basically he said if I had free lunch then I'm able to get the waiver fee & I have free lunch

If you belong to Educational Talent Search or the Upward Bound program, you get the waiver fee.
Those were two programs from my high school that offered the waiver fee.

Yup. My friends had free lunch and they got the waiver. Just ask your guidance counselor or college info person next time since they know more about it and can help you better.
