Hence, I have tried the steps again. Apparently, Apple has closed the hole recently. Both methods do not work anymore. i have searched the internet, and most of other sites are using similar techniques. Their method also not working anymore.
There is no method to create free iTunes account without using the credit card. For instance, you will need a US credit card to create the US iTunes account. It wont work using other countries credit card, paypal account or expired redeem code. If your country does not have iTunes account, you got no luck. Stay tuned, and hope for the new method to crack it.

Awww man that sucks really bad, I guess you will have to wait a while and hope that they figure out another way, and if not hopefully someone you know will be kind enough to allow you to use their credit card to make an itunes account

you just need to go to iTunes and then to the App Store. just buy a free app in the app store and then when you register your account the none option will be there

Hm
You can put itunes as your default music player and u can just double click on the song u want to be played/added
then it will be played in iTunes and automaticcally be added

It depends on what you want/need. If you want to surf the net and play games while having a big screen for movies it's worth but if you have a ton of music and movies, money wise it better to get the classic. You can also find 1st Generation 160GB Classics for cheaper than the 120GB now. The largest the touch goes now is 32GB (but it costs abt. 300$). Basically if you want a well rounded entertainment player, get the touch, if you want a music/video player, get the classic.

If they are in folders, you can go to file, then click on add folder to library, and the whole folder will go in. You can also just click on where you have the folders (like Desktop) and all the available folders with music will go into your library. As for going on your ipod, if you have it on automatic sync, any song you put in your library is supposed to go on your ipod. However, with automatic sync, you can't go to another computer and put it's music on your ipod without erasing what was on your ipod in the first place. If you go manual, you have to drag the songs onto your ipod, but you have more freedom and won't lose your music if you connect your ipod with a different computer. However, you have to highlight and drag the songs to your ipod, so there's a trade off.

I like my touch so much better than my video. My ipod touch can do anything. You can even control your computer from another state by using the internet connection. Like you can see your computer screen from your itouch screen. Its amazing all the applications they cone out with. So for me its worth it. I'm not a big music person so I didn't enjoy the ipod video very much.

I'm trying sync my itouch right now and its taking forever.

I'd give you the exact directions to change the option but I don't have my ipod with me...
I think you can change the selection on the main screen that pops up after you sync your pod (make sure it's on 'manually add music' or something like that)

All you have to do is right when it pops up on your ipod touch syncing slide to cancel sycing and you should be good to go, also cancel sync on itunes too by clicking on the x in that little box on the top. I charge my sisters ipod touch all the time and when i do this it never erases her music
