i think you have a chance at UCR and such, im not too sure about UCI - UCD and such

edit: oh actually, i think if you raised your SAT's to at least 1500, ideally 1600+ which is a big jump from 1280, then you have a shot at UCD - UCI.., i think

edit edit: ok, after seeing your class, i just think you should get your SAT scores to at least average (around 1500) and you'll be pretty set, but you should know that the average SAT scores of accepted students for UCI, UCD, UCSB is around 1800, so just try your best!
