^ oh for that, make sure in IR, u have the first frame selected... and on the layer palette, make sure u have the last layer selected... so when u move the first frame, all the rest follows... thats how mine work anyway... hope that helps.
Tks KIMZ, I will remember this....

Making Video GIFs
I still got problem.
I think I got something wrong fr 13-15…I had shifted the image to the left in PS. Even when I bring it over to IR, it still at the left. But after I key in the measurements for the gif, the gif still automatically stay at the centre.
My gif size is 200x160, banner size is 300x180.
b.t.w when I copy over the gif to PS, I hv to create a transparent layer same as the banner size right?

13) This step, we are doing for future reference.
Make the design layer invisible by clicking the eye. This should leave only the GIF image. Zoom in!!!! Click on the Rectangle Marquee tool, then starting from the bottom right of the GIF image, click and drag to the top left corner of the banner.
http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b282/the...t/GIF/gif20.gifWhy do we need to do this? To get the size of the gif? Actually when I have the gif in IR, I already checked the size, will it change when I do the above action? To me, the size seems don't change.

Then you'd go to Edit > Copy Merged. After that, go to File > New. Right there! The width & height. Write it down so you won't forget. Now!
Why do we need to go to file, new? To see the file size? Can we just click image, image size? If have to go file, new, then click ok or cancel? If ok, a new file open. What is this for?

15) We'll now focus on the GIF we left behind in ImageReady before getting into Photoshop. Using the width and height we recorded in step 13, go to Image > Canvas Size and put in those measurements. Then you see little squares at the bottom. Click on the bottom right square.
http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b282/the...t/GIF/gif22.gifThis is to put in our gif size right? I saw the above pix, yours have different size. For mine, the current size & the new size is the same.

Go back to Image > Canvas Size and put in the measurement of your banner you started out with. If you forgot or if you don't know, bring up that banner you just transfered from Photoshop. Go to Image > Image Size and it'd give you the width and the height. Enter those measurements into the Canvas Size on the GIF.
This round put in the banner size, do we need to click the little squares? I tried..if click the right bottom, the image will move to the bottom right, if left top, it will follow, so leave it untouch, it will end up at the centre of the banner.
Therefore, I wonder what I had done wrong?
Pls advise. Thanks!
