If you're talking about the words, you duplcate the layer, apply motion blur and drag it. if you're talking about the smoke on the right, i think it's a brush, or maybe it's made with another program?

i was wanting to change the hair color of a pic. Can anyone show how to do this?

You make a new layer, set the layer mode to color or hue, and then take a soft brush and brush around with the color you want the make the hair. that's how i ususally do it.

^ make a new layer and fill it with blue. then go to the scroll down on ur layers palette and choose exclusion. play around with the opacity and fill to get what u want. hope that helps.

In order to use foreign writings on a piece of work, you're going to have to download a font made especially for them. For instant, you want Chinese character, you're going to have to download a font that's made especially for Chinese characters in order to use it on PS. Otherwise, little boxes will show up.

just wondering, if you're using the marque tool or the crop tool, is there a way to specify the pixel dimensions you want to cut out? Cuz normally I just create a new document with the size I want and drag it over to the picture I'm cutting up, but there's an easier way right?

For the Selection tool you can set the size. There should be a drop down menu at the top, click on it and select "Fixed size" or something like that. Set in the measurements and voila ^^
I have no idea how to set a specific size while cropping though. Usually I'd just look in the navigation box that tells me the height and width that I currently have selected. Did that make sense? Probably not.....

even if u have the fonts, u have to set ur computer to accept and use it on PS. i installed my program through a website... let me see if i can find it again...

altho... this is the website to set up korean hangul... i didn't see ur past question so i dunno if u want korean or chinese writing but in any case, u can just look for the chinese instead of the korean in the steps. hope this helps. i dunno where to dl fonts tho cause i got my hangul fonts already on my comp.

thanks for the tip. I was wondering about the crop tool mostly, because whenever I look at tutorials they say that you can crop an image down to 100x100 or whatever dimension and whenever I do it I can't figure out how to get the exact dimensions
