how do you add a gif next to a blinkie and still have it move? i tried but it's frozen on one image all the time. can i do this w/ photoshop and imageready? or do i have to have animation shop?

I have photoshop and know how to use it, but I also have illustrator..
and for some reason, I can't make a gradient in illustrator? I pressed the gradient button and dragged to make a gradient but nothing shows up.

Do I always have to make a rectangular path to be able to make a gradient? o_o

If I'm correct, that's filtering. She's a PRO at it! haha.
I think filtering has been mentioned numerous of times in here. Check a few pages back. =]

I think she just used a pattern. I think you can find that exact pattern at POOTATO . The Grey & White stripes? She probably messed with the opacity and stuff. =/ I'm not sure. But the patterns there seem pretty close if not it.

Sorry for asking a stupid question.

oh and 1 more question, does an1 know how to do digital art? like working with skin tone.

1st question: Photoshop opened - window - workspace - default workspace
2nd question: some tutorials links located in the first page. Then from that, you can always find your won way, you'll eventually get it.
