A series of Photoshop tutorial videos made by a guy named Donnie Hoyle.
If you're already well versed in Photoshop, you might not learn too much from him, but his videos are the most entertaining of all Photoshop video tutorials online.
There are so far 5 in the series, and they're all up on Youtube.

It's a pretty simple process, but the explanation can be quite daunting.
There are several methods, but I'll pick an overall universally 'friendly' method to record.
sorry to bother you again, but i really need this asp >w<
if you guys can't that's fine, but maybe tell me what the name of the technique is?
thanks soo much!

Maybe it will help...it is just quick-simple tutorial...

the main thing is you must be patient to erase some part to make it like this~
so....
if you dont feel satisfied with this, you can go to good-tutorials.com then search for pop-art technique.

I made few animated gifs and I'm using one of them in my signature.
The problem is with the speed of the gifs.
They all are slow and not as fast as the animated gifs that I see around.
I used ImageReady to do them.

1. You change the speed of the gif. while you're making it.
2. Your gif. is way to big for soompi. It's 1.2mb.. its supposed to be less than 40kb.

using this picture as an example;
how do you actually make this broad stroke on the right on this picture?
Do you have to use a particular brush or something?
I'd like to use this style to mark my pictures (with a transparent white stroke+name and stuff);
but have no idea how to. I suppose it should be a very basic technique?
Another thing:
how do you make a elipse filled with big pixel-pattern?
It's something that you see most of the time on uljjang pictures.
I tried filling an elips, but it didn't really work.
For example:

Care to explain, everybody?
PS: Uh..if it's relevant, I use Photoshop CS2.
