This effect/method is called HDR. It stands for 'high dynamic range'.
Run a search for 'hdr photoshop tutorial' on Google.

Oh sorry, I figured she/he was talking about the wide angle of the photos.

No worries.
Although, it's possible to create that effect (wide angle) in Photoshop, as well.
Even if the original photo isn't.

P: When I try to install a new font a sign pops up saying: This
font is valid or....(I forgot the rest)
Why does it pop out? And why can't I download the font?
Edit----- The sign says: This font (name) is valid or damaged.
The 'dialogue' probably says something to the effect of 'The font is INvalid or damaged'.
I'm going to assume that you're not actually having issues with 'downloading' the font - the step you take to click the file on the webpage and download it to your hard drive (desktop or wherever). The next step is to realize what format that file you downloaded is in. Many times the file will not be the actual font file (xxxx.TTF), but a compressed version of that file - usually a 'xxx.zip' or 'xxx.rar' file. This file needs to be decompressed to reveal the TTF file.
Then you can drag the TTF file to the fonts folder, and it should install fine.
If you can't see the file extension on your computer (the default setting is to hide the extensions), either recognize the file icon or choose to show file extensions in the Folder Options of Windows Explorer.

Well, what i think the person did to make the border was...
1. Use the rounded rectangle tool to draw a selection area
2. Duplicate the background layer by dragging the layer over the New Layer icon in the Layers panel
3. Tap Ctrl-Shift-I to inverse the selection and make sure the new layer (copy of background) is highlighted.
4. Now that you have the border selected, tap the Delete key on your keyboard to erase it. Ctrl-D to deselect.
5. Right click on the new layer > Blending options
6. Tick the Stroke effect and choose the Dotted line thing.
Haha i didn't really go into Photoshop when i typed this short tut... so i hope it's accurate.

Create a new layer all the way at the top (and make sure that layer will stay visible for every frame of your gif). Fill it with white and set it to 100% Multiply. Right-click on the layer and select blending options. Check "Stroke" and make sure it is "Inside" stroke. Then choose your border color.

So is that your side job? Sorry for being nosy; I'm planning on majoring in graphic communications ^^
