A USB cord would work.
But, depends on what type of phone you have.

google a program called "create-ringtone"
basically you can send anything [mp3, picture, etc] from your computer to your phone as a text message. you get a 15 day free trial too, which is nice biggrin.gif

If you don' thave a data cable or bluetooth and If you have internet and text messages for your phone, then you can send it to your phone by using http://funformobile.com (go to upload ringtones)

i use t-mobile, and all phones have an email. if you basically just take any picture and choose the option as "send to email" and send it to your own e-mail account, you'll be able to find out your phone's e-mail and from there you'll be able to send a ringtone as an attachment on an email to your phone.

or, if you have a memory card, you simply put the memory card into your computer, put in the files, and then insert the memory card back into your phone and it should work. this is easier and faster to do.

hope that helped!

as others suggested you DO need a USB cable but that is useless if you do not have Motorola Phone Tools, the software that should have came with your Razr. You use that program to transfer files to your phone since the razr doesn't have sd card slot and also would not recognize your phone if you just plugged it into the computer with the cable. I think you can download Motorola Phone Tools/Mobile Phone Tools. I got mine off torrent.
