Let's see...Highlight to read

The ferryboat...crashed or exploded or something. Basically there's a ton of casualties and they need people to perform triage.

The peppy resident comes back and she's being a peppy b*tch to Bailey.

Callie treats George differently because she doesn't want their marriage to affect their work.

Christina doesn't get a chance to tell Meredith that she and Burke are engaged and then Burke ends up telling McDreamy. It gets around to the Chief who congratulates Christina. Then Christina freaks out to Burke that she wanted Meredith to be the first to know but then Burke says that if she was really so excited about the engagement she would have already told Meredith about it when she saw her earlier before Meredith was called off to the ferryboat site.

Alex saves a pregnant woman, only to have Chief assign Christina to her and Alex is assigned to family duty, only to have Burke get mad at Christina and take her pregnant patient and not let her scrub in the surgery.

Izzy has to save a guy with a car on top of him. **next week's preview has her saying she needs to drill holes into his head and holding a drill gun**

Meredith gets stuck with a lost little girl. She tries to get someone else to take her to the triage station but that guys goes to help someone else and leaves the little girl all by herself. Meredith finds a man who had to swim and climb onto the pier with a huge gash on his leg. The little girl goes back to Meredith. At the end of the episode the swimming man freaks out and hits Meredith over the edge of the pier and then the little girl walks away.

Previews for next week:
Izzy drilling holes in the guy's head. McDreamy finding the little girl and asking where Meredith is. Meredith lying unconscious in the water.

wow....this was one of the hardest episodes of grey's to watch. like...yeah they have blood and gore.
but this was like....super gorey. it was pretty gross. like they kept showing a close up of that woman who got crushed's face!

but yeah...i agree that it didn't live up to the BIG hype.
hopefully the next 2 episodes will deliver.

i'm so sick of all these interns dating attendees! frikkin meredith and derek, cristin and burke, calie and george.

I was like "what the? Grab someone to go with you!" Meredith, gosh, she shouldn't have been on by the edge of the pier in the first place. That little girl was SCARY! Every time they filmed her back, I kept thinking she was going to turn around and her face would be rotting or she'd be smiling a really slimy smile showing huge sharp teeth or something, lol.

Christina should've just told Mere while they were in the locker room, everyone was there. Sloane is so nosey, haha.

I loved the scene in the elevator with the chief, addison, derek, burke, and sloan -- probably my fave scene in last night's eppie.

Well, I just so happen to know exactly how Denny comes back to Grey's, and I wanted to share with you a few juicy details of his return—just to ensure that no matter what, you do not miss the next few insanely good episodes of Grey's Anatomy, which start tonight!

According to inside sources, here's what I can tell you about Jeffrey Dean Morgan's return:

• Denny does not appear in a flashback.
• Denny does not appear in a dream.
• It is Denny and not something kooky like his twin.
• Denny is not the only one we see.

That was an intense episode. O_O I have to say, Karev's patient really scared me and I couldn't look.
The girl really was annoying..., I understand the shock/alone thing, but just looking at her gives me shivers.

so my friend made me watch her season 1 and season 2 dvds this past week and just like she said, i got hooked >.<
i cant believe season 2 ended like that.. meredith & derek.. denny dying... GAH! i need to watch season 3 :T
