Ok, im running dual monitors, but when I play games or watch movies, or even SCROLL on webpages my laptop monitor fuzzes like .... it's having a earth quake or siezuring.
I think I might be overloading the video card(32 bit) What can I do to fix this? Anyone know? Am I right? do I need a higher video card? I have a 19'' monitor. Is it something with the refreshrate? Someone please help!
