That this isn't goodbye.

Ok...So this is a really really personal song written to the melody (well, most of it, I never learnt it properly) of Yui's Taiyou no Uta. I'm aware of about a gazillion flaws in this...but hey...I wanted to get this up. My voice/throat is pretty much gone, and I also have an ulcer on my tongue which made ennuciation hard. I'll probably re-record one day.

Why I wrote this? This is dedicated to my nii-san, my life, and my hamster. Yes, they are all one person, and that person has promised to comment on this song, so maybe you can draw your conclusions from that. I'll miss you like hell, even though all you're doing is leaving school. But this isn't goodbye...but i'm still hurting inside, because it means I won't see you as often.

I guess in a way, this is going to be the beginning of a sort of decline for me recording and posting songs here on soompi. I'm entering my last year of highschool, and it's been getting harder and harder to record. I've been kinda down about it lately, and when I do try to record, I've never been satisfied with the results. But yes, I will be busy, so after about 3 weeks, I probably will stop recording except for on very rare occasions. I'll still comment on other people's works though, that is probably what I enjoy most here.

i like it, although yea the pronouciation is not as crisp, but its good. hell i couldnt understand half of what people sing in other songs anyways haha

its really nice and touching that you wrote this yourself, i actually felt the message and the emotions *sniff*

hey you shouldnt let school stop you from recording.. we all feel like we are going no where and not improving sometimes, in fact i feel like that all the time... plus in college now i can barely record with all the stupidity amount of work.

but anyways i like this because this is what most of me songs are about too, like the one i did with fantasii, just a bit varying in the details. but yo, i love this, the lyrics, singing, everything!
