-5 pieces of toast with butter
-2 crossaints
-2 bowls of cereal
-2 cups of tea
-1 yoplait yogurt
- half of cheese bread
-a bit of a spinach pastry
My parents this morning bothered me so much about looking skinny.
And since I was home sick today, I ended up bingeing beyong belief.
I want to try and not eat any dinner, because I think i've consumed WAY more than 2,000kcal today.
But knowing my parents will be home, they will probably make me eat it. D:

Lunch ~ Grilled garlic chicken sandwich with Lorraine cheese, mayo and pickles.
Dinner ~ Nachos with refried beans & salsa .... and um, salad.
1 whole kiwi and 3 whole oranges.

Lunch: a chelsea bun
Snack: a banana, kiwifruit, feijoas
Dinner: noodles with vegetables and shrimp, soda crackers

lunch: white whole grain bread with jam and bananas
dinner: half a pita with tomato, chick peas, carrots. and then i had some mussels. and then a yogurt and now im eating reese puffs. haha i tend to eat alot at dinenr x_x

School snack- Onigiri & 1 sushi & a cup of miso soup. [We were cooking in my Japanese class. ^ ^]
Lunch- 1 cup grapes & 5 small strawberries
Dinner- Special K bar and green tea

Snack: 2/3 a chelsea bun, a banana, kiwifruit
Dinner: rice, vegetables, chicken soup
Near midnight: some watermelon.. throat is soo dry, damn the chips T_T

I hate chips, makes my mouth so dry.. it was the only thing in my locker left over from a shared lunch T.T

Lunch: salad with lots of veggies and ham pieces, fruit
Snack: baby carrots, yogurt
Dinner: same as lunch
Snack: dry cereal
and everyday I drink MANY bottles of water

for breakfast i ate a banana and a piece of hersheys kisses
then for lunch i ate milk fish, sardines, rice and melon juice
BLECH. Im so unhealthy =S
