Breakfast - a mini ham/cheese bun and some fried pastry from chinatown!
Lunch - A small duck leg with noodles and tea
Snack - Gatorade, a coconut cookie that my friend made and 2 rice cakes
Dinner - not yet..

I'm going to get diabetes, it's 6:00 PM here and the only healthy thing i've eaten today was an apple.
the rest has been almost a whole box of donuts, bags of chips, brownies, chocolate, etc.
Tomorrow I really need to start this diet.
Sheesh, gaining 8lbs is enough. D:

Lunch: noodles w/ egg, fruit, chicken burger
Snack: yogurt, chocolate, fries, milkshake
Dinner: 6 bao zi ^^;, black bean soup, almond crackers, vege pancake, yam, tofu, smoked chicken
Later: sour candy, a crispy cereal bar
