Today for lunch i ate Nasi lemak...it is a local food comprising of rice and some side dishes..the rice is special.it is cooked with coconut milk+ some other stuffs to make the rice crazily fragrance..side dishes includes eggs,chickens and chilli sauce.

i had -
- 3 porkchops with rice
- 3 mangos
- 1 persimmon
- 1 fried salmon(?) well, some fish.
- 2 cups of grapes

and it's only 12:45. ughhhhh.
but at least i got some healthy fruit in there. smile.gif?

Dinner: a sandwich i made, rice, steamed egg pudding, chopped cucumber & other random dishes at dinner

I binged today using Thanksgiving as my excuse.

Breakfast - Cottage cheese with yogurt
Lunch - Melted cheese sandwich
Snack - Popcorn
Dinner - Tukey, ham, sweet potato pie, pumkin pie, corn and bunch of other stuff.
Snack - Ice cream, cheese, chips, and cereal.

I haven't eaten this much in months. I'm surprised my stomach didn't blow up.

yesterday, all I had was half an apple and some veggies.

and today, I have half a scone, bread, and some fruit.

Erg stupid Thanksgiving because of you I have no way to exercise plus Black Friday.

Breakfast: oatmeal and 2 handfuls of cheerios w/o milk
Snack: Cherrios w/o milk
Lunch: Cinnamon pretzel at the mall technically it was brunch but eh Ill consider it lunch
Snack (4ish o'clock): a turkey drumstick thing
Dinner: 2 bluberry muffins

Eww I ate way too much

here is my thanksgiving list too;

Breakfast: cheerios w/ milk
Snack: pocky and apple
Lunch: hot pot (vegetables with noodles and meat) Lau or something
Dinner: a small peice of turkey, stuffing, brussel sprouts and mash potatoes happy.gif


aigoo thank god Im going to enroll in a gym starting Monday
