i hope someone could help me with this one.
i don't know if this is the right thread to ask this question but here goes:
i have been texting with my friend in korea he's using LG telecom, at first we didn't have any problems, we could send sms back and forth( i'm using this format 00821xxxxxxxx) but then he couldn't receive my messages and his messages didn't also get to me, he talked to his network and he could send messages again to me (the format changed +01944XXXXX:the country code got dropped) but it turns out my messages weren't getting to him. i already called my network and they say it's not their problem and they can't check it since it's an international text but heck they are still charging me for all the sms i have spent that has obviously not reached its intended recipient
has someone experience this kind of problem or is it just me?
