so... here's the problem. i will be taking a bus from Rhode Island to New York Port Authority. but, i don't know how to get to Northern Blvd. can i get help from someone who lives in that area?

get a map free from the help booth from the port authority lol

since its in flushing take the green line i think to downtown direction i think to main street flushing lol

havent been to nyc in a while, my memories is fading

Once you get to Port Authority...if you go out the main entrance...you should be around Times Square. Just find a subway that carries the number 7 train...take it to the last stop - that should land you right in Flushing...then just ask from there to get to NOrthern Blvd.

If those instructions are hard...just ask anyone when you get out of hte Port Authority...where the 7 train is...someone will help you. The Port Authority also is connected to the subway but I think they don't have the 7 train in that station...so you have to leave Port Authority the main entrance and start going towards all the lights...AMC should be at your left when you leave the main entrance...you'll see where Times Square is.
