So my LG Chocolate just came in today and I was playing around with it when I accidently lock it. And I didn't set up my own password for it nor is it activitated yet. In the manual it says that "The lock code is the last 4 digits of ESN DEC if your mobile phone number is not set." But there is no ESN number on the box because apparently theyre running out of ESN numbers and are switching over to MEID??? and i have an MEID # on my box instead. wtf. so how do I unlock my phone??? T_T;

Your best bet is to call the company that you're with. I did that with my phone (i don't have the chocolate) when I first got it. I was messing around, and I accidently locked my phone. I called my phone company and they told me the number to unlock it. Hopefully that works for you too!

Just enter the last 4 digits to your cell phone number.

^thanks guys<333 i ended up calling verizon and they helped me sort out my problems. i need to stop doing these kinds of things to myself -.-
