just press the print screen button on ur keyboard
it should be located next to the function keys (f1-f12)
then open photoshob or any other imaging program ( u can even use windows' paint) and use ctrl-v to insert the screenshot ...
then u can edit & save it

Press the "Prt Scr" button on your keyboard -- should be located near the top left.
Open up paint or any other imaging programs and "ctrl+v" -- that should paste the image. And all you have to do now is save the file. And you're done.
