To be honest... I don't think that Santos is alive due the fact that the policemen came and Hilda's breakdown. OMG, I cried so much at the end when I saw her crying
And I agree with all those who said that Alexis and Daniel are alive. Of course they are alive judging from the last scene with them. If this was a Korean drama the car would have be totally overturned and we'd have seen some blood (at least bruises).
Claire escaped, the marriage's been postponed (the ONLY good thing that happened in the finale, the scene when Marc hugs Willy was touching), Amanda finds out that she's Faye's daughter... Gosh, you guys are right. She might be Daniels halfsister (high chance since Faye used to keep the photos in her save!). OMG.
Charlie and Henry... I don't know. Henry'll definitely get back to Betty, just a question of time. IMO one of the less exciting points in the season finale.
Hopefully we get a second season very, very, very soon ^__^

and anyone else hate charlie *hoebag* i mean there is a big possibility that its not henrys baby... and amanda is faye's illegitimate daughter * i saw it coming* but i'm hoping she's not a mead, i mean she slept with her brother if that was true... which would make it interesting if daniel and alexis is dead she can take over mead since she's the surviving heir....??

But then....................... why would Amandas birth be a secret? Maybe Faye made the accountant dad adopt Amanda as his own. do you guys remember seeing a little girls dress hanging on the wall in the "love dungeon"?? Maaaaybe its not just the "love dungeon" in a sexual sense but in a family sense where it was a secret place for Faye and Brad and baby Amanda to secretly be a family before she grew up hahaha i dont know
Okay =_= im just thinking up a lot of crap now.
But um.. yeah i totally agree with the idea that somethings going to happen between Hilda and Antonio. Maybe to help Ignacio from the whole revenge situation.

from the way Hilda reacted to the news, i think Santos must be dead for real.

Do not highlight if you wouldn't want to be spoiled. You've been warned!
As for Santos, don’t worry -- he will be back. Make sure you tune in to the first episode of the season. It will be intense, especially for Hilda (Ana Ortiz).
And don’t worry about Alexis (Rebecca Romijn), she’s back too.
Regarding Henry (Christopher Gorham) and Betty (America Ferrera), in the second episode of the season, Henry returns to his job in the Mode offices (he needs the health insurance, as it turns out). He asks Betty if she’s OK with him returning to work there, and she tries to act as though she’s fine with it.
Betty’s romantic travails probably won’t be sorted out any time soon: Henry is still with his girlfriend Charlie (whom Betty realized last season may be pregnant by another man). And a new possible love interest for Betty arrives, in the form of Giovanni, a sandwich-cart guy played by “Six Feet Under” actor (and Chicago native) Freddy Rodriguez.
Speaking of love lives, Wilhemina’s assistant Marc (Michael Urie) gets a romance this season, according to Urie. The plan is for Patti LuPone will return at some point in the season as Marc’s formidable mother, who may finally be coming around to accepting that her son is gay. Urie says there’s even a point at which both Marc's mother and Wilhemina get competitive over their respective efforts to fix him up with the perfect man (and the candidates, not surprisingly, turn out to be less than perfect).
As for Marc’s office pal Amanda (Becki Newton), she’s trying to figure out who she is – and how much of Fey Sommer’s money she may stand to inherit (you’ll recall that in the Season 1 finale, the Mode receptionist discovered that she’s the late Fey’s daughter). Early in the new season, Amanda does get one bequest from the late Mode editor: A small, nervous-looking dog with a whole lot of medical problems. Amanda is less than pleased about this portion of her potential inheritance.
“Marc and Amanda together are trying to figure out where Amanda came from,” Newton said over lunch on the "Ugly Betty" lot.
“And who her daddy is,” Urie added. As for how Marc helps on that score, Urie would just say “it’s really gross and “really funny.”
For those of you who really loved the Season 1 scenes between Marc and Betty’s nephew Justin (Mark Indelicato), there’s more good stuff to come: Early in Season 2, Justin is one of several Mode interns Marc has to manage.
“I spent the whole morning screaming and yelling at them,” Urie said of that day's shooting. “They didn’t get the right kind of bendy straws for a Shakira photo shoot. It was such funny stuff.”
And of course, it wouldn’t be “Ugly Betty” without Marc and Amanda being sort of mean to Betty, who remains, well, herself.
“I think she’s exasperated by how pathetic we are, but I don’t think she judges,” Newton mused over a recent lunch interview. (A side note: I’ll have much more from Newton and Urie in a feature that will run around the time of “Ugly Betty’s” Sept. 27 season premiere.)
But the ABC show and its deft mixture of comedy and drama just wouldn’t be itself without Betty providing the show’s moral center. Even when challenged by the worst excesses of the entertainingly ruthless Mode environment, she’s still a good-hearted girl from Queens – with deeply unfortunate taste in clothes.
“She could have gotten a makeover. She could have had [Mode seamstress] Christina tweeze her eyebrows and get her contacts and Invisaligns and get her better outfits,” Urie said. “But she doesn’t conform.”
And that may be the most pleasing revelation of all.
