Which do you like better? College football or NFL?

It seems as though there is more team unity and loyalty in college football than in the NFL. Many of the college players don't have the ability to go on to the pro level--the NFL, so they play for the pure love of the game, and also school pride. They're not in it for the money.

I enjoy both. I'll watch my school's games (Go Rutgers 5-0 yeaaa) and I'll watch Eagles games religiously but there is definitely more pride for your own school that you can't really express with an NFL team unless you played for them or work for them.

I like both ...

but I would prefer College.

There are so many teams and so many rivals.

It's just more interesting imo.

college most def...i dunno after going to Texas A&M i got into collegiate sports...our football program isnt the best but our basketball is ranked 9th in the nation. This is huge considering where we were a couple of years ago..

going back to football...i hear that the each league has their diff calls and rules..(like PAC-10, big 10. big 12)
they need to become more consistant...that's how OU just got scraewed out of a game...

BCS rankings stink...they really dont givce a good "grade" to how well each team is doing...

college means i think more...pro, you are playing for your millions...but college you are playing for your school~

i used to like pro but now that i think about it i like college better. just the atmosphere of those big 110,000 people stadiums and the innocence involved. i mean you don't find big stadiums like that in the NFL.

Univ. of Michigan has a 100,000+ stadium, I think. Which school has the biggest stadium??

not sure. i think michigan or tennessee. i think they both have like 110,000+ stadiums.

maybe even ucla or usc. but only when they are winning do those stadiums fill up.

I guess you college fans must really enjoy seeing missmatches and blow-outs. Pretty lame if you take a good look at it. While in the NFL, almost every team can win on any given Sunday. tongue2.gif

Definitely pro football. I can't tolerate watching some of the one-dimesional offenses the college games are still using (e.g. option/wishbone, run & shoot, etc.).

Conversely, that's part of what makes college games fun to watch--you see more variety.
