I love supernatural lol...it's been than going to the movies most of the time. Anyways...I was kinda disappointed. and Like Prettycrismson said, they should've just have Sam and Bobby going around killing demons and having Sam trying to "save" Dean. Don't get me wrong, I love seeing Dean since he's like the bada$$ yet caring big brother but it would've been nice to see Sam actually doing something to "save" Dean even if he wasn't the one to save Dean.

The only part that had me going "whoa cool!" was when Castiello came and you could see his giant wings on the wall.

it was a pretty cool premier, though, it felt like a filler episode. lol.

I really felt the Hellblazer influence. I'm liking where they're going with this, especially the rift that'll probably happen between Dean and Sam. Perhaps they'll eventually be on opposite sides (Dean-God and Sam-Lucifer) and a reference/appearance by Lucifer in a DC Vertigo homage (pretty please?) would be all kinds of awesome.

OMG! I totally thought that too! When they were trying to summon him and he was walking in I was like "whatever he is, he's hella hot" (no pun intended).

I have kind of mixed feelings about the season premiere... like alot of other people said, I feel about God and angels joining the show. I did have a feeling that's what was going though when Ruby said there's no demon that could do this. Also, I don't know if this is right because I have very little knowledge about christianity/etc... but I think I remember reading somewhere that angels are suppose to be terrifying looking in their true form because from the bible, every time an angel approaches a human they always say "Mortals, fear not" or something along those lines. So I'm guessing they are pretty ummm... intense looking. Haha. I really did love all the action in the premiere though and I thought the special effects/makeup team did an AMAZING job this episode.

Yes, supernatural is back on screen for the US since last thursday. I read somewhere on this forum that it probably might not
come back until next year O.O (but don't hold onto that) because Channel 10 has also a few other shows line up. My best suggestion
is to watch it online if you don't want to wait

Also for those that comment on how bad this season might be, one reason is because their budget was cut low and so they have to do
what they can in that budget amount. I read that the budget cut amount was given to other shows instead >.<

Also this season will have a bit more addition to it that might be religious. Later in the season Sam will be get on the bad side
of two fallen angels

nah, i don't think it's bad. Ruby might not look like ruby right now, but maybe there's an explanation? I'm excited about supernatural! I thought 1st episode was a blast! Especially when the angel appears!

haha yeah season 4 started the same time as Smallville begins season 8. They both were aired a week before Heroes return.
I'm more into Supernatural so I have no clue on the Heroes excitement haha. I even countdown the days for Supernatural return
