slasher films don't freak me out as much, but supernatural kinds ALWAYS scare me. when i saw The Ring at the movies, i came out thinking it was kinda scary, not really... but when i got home i had my mom go up with me to my room because it was dark. and then, that same night, my stereo (which always resets to a 12 AM alarm when the power goes out) came on REALLY loud on a undesignated station, and it was all static-y in the middle of the night... i sat there for ilke a full minute staring at the stereo without turning it off, shaking, because i thought something was going to come out and kill me. -___-; and for like, 3 weeks after that i would have to have a night light on or something.
and on halloween like 2 years ago, when it was on a sunday, i saw friday the 13th and the blair witch project at my friend's house. neither of them scared me very much when i was watching about it (the eeriness of tbwp made me cringe at times...), and friday the 13th didn't cause me problems later at all. but while i would try to sleep i used to get freaked out by shadows in my room and i would be afraid a witch or something was going to get me.
thing thing is, i KNOW nothing will happen, but i get myself so hyped up about it that i get scared. gah. it sucks. T_T; i've always been this way... i don't know if it's changed now (last supernatural horror movie i saw was 2 years ago... the blair witch project), but i don't want to try and see. >__<;;

I LOVE the sensation of being scared when watching horror movies...
same here! I love being scared sh!tless, I think its cause of the thrill and stuff. lol i love thrill rides too.
oh yeah i get really paranoid after watching scary movies. lol i start thinking about all these stuff that cant happen and believe that it could so i could freak myself out. im weird.

My friends are always calling me a chicken etc. So I watched a Japanese scary movie with them. Everyone was more scared than I was. Seriously, pisses me off so much.

Okay. The Mummy scared the crap out of me. xD That's how fearless I am.
I hate those movies when you KNOW something's going to pop out, and when something does pop out, it scares the crap out of me.

No nightmares about it after. Haha. Never get that many dreams, anyway.
My friends used to get pissed at me when I used to cover my eyes while watching a movie with them.
You can tell when something's going to pop out in movies by the music/when someone's alone. D: So be prepared until then?

I think it's pretty much because my imagination is just crazy, and I just imagine things pretty badly. Especially after I've seen such horrifying scenes, and it just replays in my mind.

It's either retarded Grudge films (since when is a deformed Asian girl crawling down some steps scary?) or Eli Roth wannabe-"shock" films, when actually they're just watered down versions of early Craven films. I mean, seriously, nothing is even disturbing anymore! If I see one more leg chainsawed or tendon cut, I'm going to put my fist through my TV.

Alone; in five minutes I'll be safe at home...
