How Do Download Mp3's On Cellphone ahh.i'm a technology person at all.help please

for the longest time i hvae trying to find ways to download free mp3's to mai phone
i heard you can listen to mp3's on mai cellphone for free
heres how mai phone looks like...

i seriously need help.
any of yall know how to put korean mp3s to ur phone?
step by step directions would be great!

ahhh.sorry for so much questions..but i'm really slow at the technology stuff.

your phone shouldve came with a data cable
