i'm getting one of them for my upcoming b-day... but i don't know which one to choose... i've always wanted a pink mp3 like the pink Z5, it's adorable ^0^ but i've always wanted speakers with my mp3 like the K5... they're both hot ㅠㅠ... so i just want to hear everyone's opinions? i'm kind of leaning towards the Z5...speakers <3

it works perfectly.
and it fits nicely in your back pocket.
as well as in your purse.
my black mp3 gets mistaken for

I really like the idea of having speakers built in with the mp3 player. The design is really sleek too, so I would go with the k5 for sure.

i got the K5 yesterday, right now i'm adding my music into it and so far i love it. It's not hard to understand at all (i'm pretty slow cause i don't want to break anything, but this is so easy to understand) and the speakers sound pretty good and loud enough for me to hear from a reasonable distance. So glad i got the K5 =)

Well, neither has voice recording, so I wouldn't buy either.

But the z5's controls are a pain to use (I tried to scroll down for 10 minutes at best buy) but I heard aren't so bad once you get used to them (HOW LONG WILL THAT TAKE?!?!?).

But then touch sensitive buttons sometimes don't work the way you want them (ie the CLIX/U10 from iriver).

Have you taken a look at the T9? It's just like the T8/D1 but even better looking!

oh my friend bought the first one! the k5 one and its so nice! ive never seen the second one before, i dont think. but the first one is mad nice. its speakers flip open and it looks nice and high-teched. plus, it's solid black : sexy ;)

just wanted to update, i've been using the K5 for about five months. the picture quality really isn't that great... might as well say it sucks. the speakers are so nice but not the BEST quality, i really don't regret buying it, although i was debating awhile before buying it because of the Z5's pink and video options. but the K5 rocks and i'm in love with it. the music quality is good and it's just very cool overall.
