I think for a strong lady like Hwangbo who has been in the industry for quite a long time, this girl had been through hell and back, she had the UPs, DOWNs and UPs in her career, and look at her she is still here, more fiesty, more beautiful and more admired by many. I think when HB accepted to be part of WGM she had foreseen the rise of anti fans because her partner is an idol, she herself consciously and unconsciously acknowledged their presence BUT she never faltered in those trying times. YES BOF is a double edged sword, because of HJ's rise to fame their partnership in WGM will always be dragged (like i said in the JOONGBO thread, the moment they search for KJH- WGM, Ssangchu, Joongbo and Hwangbo will appear), there will be those idiotic fans who will hate her and blame her and ridicule her BUT if we look at the brighter side of things, there will be BOF fans who would discover that ahhhh this girl HJ paired with before BOF is an admirable, sincere and talented woman. I've been there, hahaha so im basing this from experience..... just look at my siggy and you will understand.........
At the end of it all.... (a JOONGBOER is now typing! hahaha) I know that HJ will not let things get out of hand for her as a friend, *cough boyfriend, and even as a co worker, and if its not HJ a lot of other friends and co workers who loves and cares for her..... of course we ANGELS will not miss out on the action as well......

About HB being a little bit self conscious in IG..... i think she is the type who never push herself towards another person for her to be liked... so when she saw they were not so keen/ afraid to react/ just simply standing there our girl felt that its just a waste hahahaha.......

I started loving HB thru WGM, although i saw her many times in older variety shows specially x-man and love letter, i appreciate her thru WGM, and i think there's nothing wrong to knowing her first as HJ's other half, its like opening the door to knowing HB more. HB and HJ compliment each other and they make each other shine, maybe the new antis saw these and got threatened by our beautiful Hwang Bo Hye Jung! as if they can have that boy!

first of all, i'm a DBSK fan,a Micky oppas' actually...therefore, when i first read his Q&A, i really get mad...kinda irritated...cuz, i remember when i watched loveletter, oppa also chasing her...i mean, why her? there's other girls that time: Hye Bin,Lina, and Kil Gun..etc...when i watched HB, i feel irritated!!!like, when Micky asked to give him a massage, she acted all shy...i was like WTH~

and now i feel totally wronged about her...i mean, during that time, all i acted is like a fangirl mode...like oppa is all mine! then, i started to watch WGM, but i mostly skip Ssangchu couple...but all my friends praised them like god or something...so, i kept thinking like she's must be acting like in the loveletter again that people praise her that much... and i hv no choice but to watch them during Alshin picnic...and that is the episode that open me towards Ssangchu couple...they're so much fun and all~ and totally acted like childish....so cool!! i started to track Ssangchu couple from that point onward and skip the other couples...

and even after WGM ended, i start to track HB videos during her Xman days and rewatching the loveletter episode...i realized how stupid i was thinking that she acted like faking shy or so...i mean, who wouldn't be shy being forced to massage a man's shoulder right??she just act who the way she was...she's not even hiding her tomboy's trait during her xman days~~she's like screw them!!! and now, in IG, she's glowing more beautiful,day by day...and i forgive her for flirting with my oppa still, i just hope the best for my oppa~ UNNIE JJANG! I think most of us started spazzing about HB because of Loveletter, X-man and WGM. But many ppl didn't know she was a singer or what she was like as a normal person... I knew about Chakra back in the days, but I wasn't much of a fan. I just listened to their songs and only watched HB on variety shows where Shinhwa and H.O.T. guest on... I liked how HB was on the shows cause she wasn't the typical girl and I've come to love her more after getting to know her through WGM. I think WGM allowed me to see her different sides and how she was really generous... Seriously, I'm glad she was on WGM, but at the same time, I feel sad that she's got antis because of WGM... I think after WGM, the antis died off a bit, but when BOF aired, it was a bit out of control cause she got the new set of antis... I just hate it when ppl are jealous and do things to hurt others to make themselves feel better...

I just hope the BOF antis dies off and that they leave HB alone... Just give her a chance and listen to her sing. Maybe, they'll learn how awesome HB is.

Guys let;s not bring the negativity level up. Go Hye Sun has more than 10 anti cafe's opened after she appeared in Kkotboda Namja because she kissed Lee Min Ho , Hyun Joong has countless anti cafe's in Korea too.
From Pplo who think he cant act, to pplo that think he is ugly .. well exx. It sad but its a fact we cannot change. HB had antis waaaay before WGM. From Shinhwa fans to DBSK fans so its nothing new. And when she was in WGM only 1 anti cafe opened and less than 20 pplo joined. It died in less than a week so its not as bad as it looks. The truth is probably 90% of korean female entertainers get the rough hand from netizens. Also remmeber that when someone posts anywhere "i dont like HB" because of any reason that has to do with "HJ Oppa" highlight the word OPPA that means that they range from 12 to 16 years old. So please do not even pay attention to that. Chakra fans were just as possessive when they were together because they ranged from the same age group. HB's fans now are mostly pplo in their mid 20's who have passed that age of ignorance. So please lets not bring the negativity in here.

Sharry thanks for sharing that bit of info on anti and everyone who have been voicing their opinion. I agree with Sharry, most of the antis are those in their teens so they really haven't gotten past the ignorance level. Wait a few years, maybe they'll reflect back and realize how stupid they were I've been past that teen years for a while now thank goodness but people only really grow up once they hit their 20's. Well, at least in my case. I love all your opinion because I do feel HB got the burn of it after BOF aired and it getting really hyped up as well but HB has her fanbase too. I discovered Hwang Bo through WGM and I'll be forever thankful to that show for although I'm only 18 years old I would consider her to be such a great role model for women and girls my age or actually any age .. She is so sure of who she is and she honestly has a heart of gold.. I aspire to be like her in the way that she does do charity work and is always eager to help out others I think there were more women like HB the world would be a better place..

Reading all the posts about antis, I just want to post on how I get to know Hwang Bo.

I used to watch X-man way before WGM. For Shinhwa's clips at first then for all random X-man.
From there, I get to know HB.
I was thinking, this girl is really very tomboyish! I wonder does she acts? sings?
Why is everyone so elated when she came in a dress/skirt?
It was also from Xman that I know she was a good friend of Jun Jin.

That's my pre-WGM days.
Hwang Bo = A very tomboy girl. Very un-dainty not-your-typical korean girl.

Then WGM came, I was watching AnSol when I saw related clips of JoongBo in YT. I was not planning to watch JoongBo at first. As they were substituting Alshin. I was wondering, a boyband member and... Hwang Bo. Doesnt seems interesting. (Funny how that time I don't find HyunJoong good-looking. lol.)

Then I remember, hey, it's that girl from X-man.
So I started watching. That 1st clip of SS501 members singing In A Rush to her.
Since then, I started watching JoongBo.
From there, HB's true character came out. That feminine side of her. That cheeky, fun and charming her.
Like what she had said, not many people know this side of her.
Now I know. She's not the typical dainty girl. She's both dainty and tomboyish.

For me, I really never knew of Hwang Bo before WGM. What attracted me to WGM was actually all the talk about AnBi so I was like "I'll just give this a try." I fell for Hwang Bo's strong and caring personality right from the beginning. Although I am now a certified JoongBoer I didn't like Hyun Joong in the beginning and like rach03 I thought he wasn't all that good-looking no offense to his fans cuz now I think the guy is just pure handsome, what I really meant was his attitude in the beginning of WGM made him a turn-off for me.

Well, back to Hwang Bo. I started WGM and really rooted for the Lettuce couple so I started searching for HB's other shows and listened to her Lady in Black album. I even started watching IG w/o subs that's how much I like HB. She really is a great woman and through WGM I got to know her better. She actually isn't the tomboy everyone keeps saying she was on X-MAN and quite feminine. I guess what I'm trying to say is that people(antis) shouldn't judge a person on just appearance like the line "you should never judge a book by its cover." Maybe if these antis are willing to give HB a chance and watch some of her shows they'll see what we all here see in Hwang Bo.

About the age thing with antis, I take back what I said earlier because I do know some people who are in their teens that are probably a lot more mature then me. What I really think about antis is that they just plainly have a problem with what's real and what's not. They like to live in an illusion!

Everyone, go to HB's CY, it's updated with loads of pics... There's these pics with a hot guy in them from her Colorholic show in Hong Kong. The guy is called Choi Hongwon, I think it's her manager or someone from her management. He looks quite nice with HB... To me, the guy looks more like a model than a manager... Maybe he was the guy who went to the Seoul Fashion show with HB and Shim Taeyoon, I can't really tell. There's so many hot guys around HB...
