i dled the itunes 7 yesterday cuz i got a new laptop but when my ipod is plugged in i can't see the list of songs that are on my ipod. the other versions of itunes showed me the list of songs i had on my ipod but i can't see them. does anyone know how i can get the list of songs to show? not the library but the actual ipod list. thanks!

when you click on underneath device, your ipod should show up and there should be a summary in the window. click on manually manage music and apply. then click music under your library and some window should pop up click apply. then go click ur ipod underneath device again and you should be able to edit your lists in ur ipod and such and if you want to add music you have to go to the music in your library and drag and drop it on ur ipod.
