i dunno if this is a virus or something and its kinda complicated, but i need any help i can get. so this is my current situation.
whenever i open my computer a window opens up that says "winlogin failed, and you know the end process window that comes up askin you to send or dont send? well, thats what comes up, and i just click dont send and everything goes laddy daaddy da. then if i open "my computer" or "my documents" or anything, the same message comes up. and i have to close it.... my taskbar disappears for a couple of seconds and then everything goes back to normal.
basicly anytime i close anything a window appears, i cant even run some programs now, like my newly downloaded avg virus thing. or like my old aim thing, called "gaim".. yeah, the window just pops up and i have to close it. and now i have to use aim triton.
Also, whenever i use to close my computer it would just automatically shut down, like i would just haev to push shut down, and i can just leave. now i have to wait until it shuts down and a blue screen appears, saying that there was a fatal error.
if you want more information on this "condition" feel free to PM me. or just post a comment askin for the specific information you want.
PLEASE HELP! i dont wanna reboot my computer, sniffles

o_o" I should really be doing homework instead...
Anyways it seems that you're on the path to a reformat (reboot is actually, when you basically start, shutdown, restart... a reformat will erase everything)
As much as I hate the process, you at least have an opportunity to backup your files before you do it. The reason why I say you seem to need the format is it sounds like there are lots of damaged files. How it became like that I don't know... virus? failing memory? Hard drive dying? Im not sure.
You might want to look at http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm to do a XP REPAIR install. A repair install basically reinstalls everythign to do with windows and doesn't touch anything else so your files will be safe. BUT I still recomend backing up your files to CDs, DVDs, another computer (liek on a network), external drive (even ipods can store some stuff) before going through with it. So far of the many times I have done it and of hte many people I have told to do it, there have been a few that ended up doing a full format after the repair failed.
feel free to ask if anything doesn't make sence or if you need more help.
OK back to homework.
