A family doctor would just be a family physician; it's not really a college major. You need to go to medical school to become a family doctor, which requires you to take lots of pre-med classes.

Your major could be Biology, Molecular Biology and Microbiology. You'll have to take a lot of science and math courses. But, make sure your major is pre professional track. B.S degree.
