Cars On Ebay...question?

Hey guys, I'm a newbie to this forum. I was wondering...has anyone here ever purchased a car or known of anyone who purchased a car on eBay? Would you suggest it? I'm in need of a car but I have a limited budget and I tried searching for used cars in the classified ads within my area, but there are none that I am interested in. I really like this car that I found on eBay, but I'm debating whether or not I should place a bidding, because I don't know how reliable it will be and if my chances of getting the car is even possible. The seller is supposedly a power seller that’s been around since 2001 and he has good feedback from buyers. So what do you guys think…what should I do? Help, please.

for one ive seen a lot of scammers sellings cars on ebay (posting pics of other peoples cars with fake VIN numbers)....also you would have to think about possibly shipping the car to you? which is a big risk in the first place and can be very expensive

unless you knew for sure, like 120% that it's good...i would say you shouldn't bother.
the car is a big purchase, i know i wouldn't buy something like that without actually inspecting it and seeing it in person myself.

If it's from a dealership that uses eBay to sell its cars then I would suggest you to buy the car or bid on it.
If a owner is selling the car then you should check real carefully but I wouldn't advise you to purchase it even if it is a really good deal.
Also, if you are going to purchase a car online where you can't actually see it before you buy then make sure you read all the information given and make sure you ask questions. and its likely that the information given from the seller about the car is the all that's about it, so for instance if you didnt get a car owners manual for the car and it wasn't included in the description then there is nothing you can do about it.
check the feedback rating of the seller as well and carfax, pictures, vin number etc.

basicallly dont do it....unless u can go urself to look at the car u shouldn't
he could be just getting pictures from a car forum and a vin # from a similar car from someone else....its too risky

also the g can already run mid 13s stock and the hks intakes adds an estimated 10 extra hp and the exhausts add like 8 so yeah it should shove off about 1.5 to 2 sec off my times
